the local grocery store called farm fresh has some gluten free products the best bread I've found so far is Udi's whole grain bread its pretty good but expensive. i also went to a bakery called flour child and they had fresh baked snickerdoodle gluten free cookies

i don't eat sandwiches unless i have gluten free bread but I like mine with boars head oven gold turkey, melted muenster cheese, onions,olives and cayenne pepper

witnesses love to say they are in the best school available---the theocratic ministry school.

witnesses don't want you to express research on a subject when giving a comment during a meeting.

just read verbatim what is in the paragraph.

They really do admire stupidity.

An elder once said to my husband "it seems that you rely on worldly wisdom".

that is pathetic people bragging about their ignorance and accusing others of knowing things that didn't come out of the jw literature.

but i called that crazy canadian chick the other day....god i love her voice and personality...and if you ever get to call or see mouthy...go for it!!!

Keeping my shields up is wearing me out

sometimes i find myself carefully monitering a persons body language, whatching for instinctive reactions listening carefully to thier words.

just jws and some extended family, and almost anyone i do business with.

not out of fear but to find out if there is a selfish motive or agenda.

We do live in a scam world and you do have to be careful but you have to go on. One thing I've learned about myself over the years is I jumped too quickly for my dreams and I wasn't careful and didn't investigate as carefully as I should have. Now I hold back before I jump. Just because something seems reasonable doesn't make it so you can see all kinds of connections and than see different ones so just step back take a moment and think before any commitnents.

keep learning and view your life as an educational experience full of good choices and mistakes. don't get worn out take personel breaks from life when you need them.
